I use many tools to create these pages.   Corel Photo-Paint 8 tends to be my weapon of choice.  I have not found a lot of resources for Corel on the web.  That is why this page exists.  Eventually I may add resources for other graphics programs.  This page is definitely going to be a work in progress.
